Refund Policy

All sales of digital downloads from TemplaKit.com are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or a download link has been accessed.

Why We Have This Policy

Our products are digital files (Microsoft Word .docx and Excel .xlsx formats) delivered instantly upon purchase. Because these files can be immediately downloaded, copied, and used, we are unable to "take back" a digital product the way a physical retailer can. This is standard practice for digital download businesses.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund or replacement in the following situations:

• You were charged but never received a download link

• The file was corrupted or could not be opened

• You were accidentally charged twice for the same product

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, contact us at Templakitog@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
